Mailing Services:
Email - Documents to be emailed should be submitted to the Council Center one week before the date they need to be emailed.
Postal Mail - Community Council meeting announcements/agendas will only be mailed to the postal address for members of Councils that still rely on postal mailing lists. The documents to be mailed must be received a week before the date of the meeting.
Copy services: Documents must be provided to the Council Centers five business days before the copies are picked up.
Meeting Space: Office or conference room space may be reserved for Council related meetings.
